He was born in 1966 in Elazig Karakoçan. After completing his primary education in Karakoçan, he completed his secondary and high school education in Istanbul Bakırköy High School. He studied at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1986 and worked in the Prime Ministry State Archives between 1990-1994. After working in commercial activities for many years, he has been working as a lawyer registered in the Istanbul Bar Association since 2020 as a Kayaşehir Branch Executive Lawyer within the body of PAR LAW AND ARABULUCULUK.
