He was born on September, 1968 in the Hacılar district of Kayseri. He completed his primary and secondary school in Kayseri and high school in Ankara Finance Vocational High School. Then he graduated from the Open Education Faculty, Department of Economics.
He started to work as a tax officer in the Ministry of Finance in 1985. He was promoted to tax inspector in 1991. He retired from the Ministry of Finance in 2018. In 2018, he started to work as an auditor at Ecovis Değer YMM A.Ş. In 2020, he started to work as a certified public accountant – independent auditor.
