He was born in 1996 in Baku, Azerbaijan. He lived in Baku until university. He came to Turkey in 2014 after 2 years of teaching experience. He graduated from İnönü University Faculty of Law in 2019. He received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University and in International Relations from Izmir Katip Çelebi University. He is a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. Hunting. Arzu ALİYEVA’s areas of expertise include Foreigners Law, Citizenship Law, Enforcement Law. He is fluent in Azerbaijani, intermediate in English, and beginner in Russian.
